Fortress Project - Exteranally Add Items List

Is there a way for the external users to see what items have been submitted. I think this will help me reduce the amount of duplicate I receive.

No, external users can submit items, but have no access to Fortress item tracking. You could purchase web-only licenses, which are less expensive than full Fortress licenses if you want users to be able to log in and view items.
