Any way to customize status for items?

Yes, you can change the values for status in the Fortress Admin Web Client. Look under Server Settings->Item Tracking Fields.

Thanks for this! I have some additional questions now.

How do I access Server Settings in the Fortress Admin Web Client? I am currently on the Fortress web client looking at my Admin tab, and I don't see Server Settings. On the left side of my screen I see these options:

Source Control Repositories:
- Archive:
- Groups
- Repository Access
- Folder Security
- Undo Check Out
- Obliterate
- File Types
- Keyword Expansion
- Shadow Folders
- Statistics

Item Tracking Projects:
- Name of project

I don't know if I'm looking in the wrong place, or if I need a different level of access. (I am set with full Admin rights.) Please provide guidance.

My version:
SourceGear Fortress
Version 1.1.2.18185

Server settings appears above repositories. You may be Full Admin just for the repository and the item tracking project, not for Fortress as a whole. That's different than Fortress Admin. Can you log in as Admin, rather than with your username?

Yes, it looks like I don't have full admin rights. The system administrator was able to make these changes for me.

However, he is confused because he believes that he set me up with full rights. Could you please explain how to give me rights that provide access to server settings?

He needs to add you to the Global Admin group.

In the admin web page (or tool if on an old version), select the user and add the user to the Global Admin group.
