Email Alerts for Web-Only User?

I have a Web-Only user in Fortress that would like to receive email alerts. Is there a way to turn that on? The only place I've seen to enable email alerts is through the Fortress Windows client (old Vault client).

Have the user go to their Item Tracking web page, select a project, click Preferences in the upper-right corner, click Email in the menu on the right. Then the user can select the notifications they want. Their email address needs to be in their user profile on Fortress as well.
