Hey, how can I do?

Hey, how can I do?
A few days ago, I used vault admin tool in the administrator's password to turn over once, and that day has created a new user, the user to use all the normal day. But after a few days, found that administrators have no access to log on vault, suggesting:The username or password supplied is invalid. The newly created user log on, have also taken place in this issue. However, previously authorized users log on to the system there is no problem
How can I do?

Re: Hey, how can I do?
What version of Vault are you using?
Are there any errors in the server log? The Vault server log is sgvault.log and is in %windir%\temp\sgvault on the server machine.
Did something change with the installation or the Vault databases?

Re: Hey, how can I do?
Thank you to answer
Would like to ask, can not remember the administrator password, from Where can I come back?

Re: Hey, how can I do?
The only way to reset the Admin Password is to uninstall Vault, keeping the database, then reinstalling. You'll be able to create a new password during the installation.
But it's possible something else is going on. For instance, if there's a problem with the sgmaster database, that could cause probelms with the logins.

Re: Hey, how can I do?
Thanks.
Tell me the document to facilitate the path of it?
I now resume after the database is a problem
The Vault Server could not establish a connection to the database. Please check the server's log for detailed information. (FailDBConn)

We probably need to do a remote assistance session to determine what's going on. E-mail support at sourcegear.com, Attn: Linda, and we'll set something up.
