Vault Diff

I would like to use the Diff command to compare two files outside of Vault. In other words, two CPP files residing in different folders on my disk. Can this be done?

Yes, just launch DiffMerge from the Start Menu and then do a "File | Open File Diff...".

You should find DiffMerge in the Vault/Fortress Program group in the Start Menu.
