Right Mouse Click on Code in VS2005 IDE Missing Fortress

I have re-installed but can not use Line Tracking. Right Mouse on any portion of code in the VS2005 IDE does not show Fortress as a menu choice. Did I miss a step during installation?

Was it working before you reinstalled?

What operating system is this on?

Is there other functionality that does not seem to be working?

Can you show line history using the Vault GUI client? (This is under the View menu.)
