It seems like I cannot do new things but change things around with Vault Admin GUI (web based page). I want to create new group, but don't see where I can do that. I can view existing groups, their access rights, but don't see where I can create new group. Did i miss anything?
Is it by default the group has access to all repositories? if so, can i change it?
Can i use Admin Tool with this Vault version? It seems like we don't have Admin Tool for 4.1.x version anymore.

There is no more admin tool, it's now an admin web page.
To create a group, click the Groups link on the admin web page, then click Add on the right side.
To set default access for all repositories, go to the Default Repository Settings and click on Repository Access.
