not able to checkout the files

I set working folder in vault. after that when i am going and trying to checkout any file...

the status message is resolving unknown files.... 0%

but it is not completing anytime. i am not able to checkin the files....

Please tell me what is the problem? the valut server is in another place.
is it any network problem or valut ?

Is your working folder local to your machine?

Can you perform a Get on one file from inside Vault?
