I've switched domains on my laptop; I copied the profile of my old domain user to my new one. When I tried to launch Vault, I get a dialog box "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed."
The thing is, it is installed. I can launch the VaultGUIClient exe fine. I also tried updating to 2.0.3, thinking a soft install over 2.0.1 would cure the issue, but no luck.
Any recommendations on how to get the everything back to normal without blowing away the repository?

If you delete your Application Data\Sourcegear directory, then all settings that Vault keeps in the local application directory will be reset when you log in. This will reset all of your working folders, so you will need to do a fresh get to a completely clean directory. I'm not sure if that will solve all of your problems, but it's likely.

You probably installed 'for this user only' originally. I recently had a similar problem. You may find that Add/Remove Programs doesn't list Vault under the new profile.
If you can switch back to the old profile, uninstall the client from that profile, then install the new version under the new profile. I usually select 'Install For All Users' if that option is offered.
Otherwise, it's likely to be some nasty unpicking operation. Articles I've found suggest using the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility.
