Post by jkp*74 » Sat Nov 15, 2008 2:23 am

After upgraded to Fortress, is _sgvault folder in the Client Folder still in use? I have folder that reach to the size of 350MB. Can it be removed?

Fortress also uses an _sgvault folder to store file baselines. You may not need some of the contents of current _sgvault folder if you're no longer working on files whose baselines are stored. See this KB article for information on how to handle these baseline folders and files:

You can limit the number of baselines. This setting is under Tools->Options->Local Files->Cache location->Limite the number of baseline files to . . .

You can also limit the number of backup files that are stored (if you haven't done so already) in the Fortress Options->Local Files->Backup Location option page. Once you change this value, it will slowly clear out all but the most recent backup files.
