Duplicate file that is changed to Shared does not merge auto

Hi,

We have a legacy application we have brought into Vault from PVCS. In PVCS files were shared but the easiest porting option was NOT to take the PVCS archives but rather just check in the files directly from the directory structure on disk. This meant we created duplicates of what were shared files. Due to time constraints we've had to continue development without resolving many of these duplicate files.

Now we are resolving them, when we merge the changes to a branch, the shares are performed before the deletes and thus the share fails and we need to manually share the files in the Branch.

Please add this as a feature request - to delete/move files before performing shares
