I've notice the following folder has 782Megs of space in it:
C:\Documents and Settings\...\Local Settings\Application Data\SourceGear\Vault_1\Client
Is there a way to clean this folder out?
SourceGear Application Data folder is 782MB

This folder contains all the baselines of the files you've retrieved while using Vault.
Here's more information about how to handle the growing folder size.

The article helped me resolve my situation.
Since I have to e-mail the rest of development the instructions, I will go ahead and post them here too in the hopes that it helps someone else:
I fixed by doing the following:
- 1. Loaded the Vault Client and checked in any files I had checked out:
- a. Selected the "$" folder
- b. In the "Search by" box, selected my login
- c. Checked the Recursive box
- d. Opened all projects I had files checked out and checked those files in
- 2. I renamed the all the project folders
- 3. I changed the Client Options to store Working Folder data in the project folder (this is in a different locaion than what's listed in the article)
- a. Selected Tools/Options/Local Files/Cache Location
- b. Changed the value of the "Store Client Cache Folder" to a different location
- c. Under the "Store Working Folder State/Baseline Files" box, I selected "In Working Folders"
- d. Clicked "Ok" (See attachment)
- 4. As a precautionary measure, I renamed the %AppData% sourceGear Folder
- 5. Loaded the Vault Client again and re-created my profile
- 6. Opened Visual Studio and pulled each project down to my PC
- 7. I then ran each project to make sure all was in working order
- 8. Deleted the Source Gear app data folder
- 9. Deleted the renamed project folders from Step 2

Thanks for the update. If you keep your state files in a working folder, you can delete them when you no longer need those working folders.
