Getting my license code

Post by ManagedCode » Fri Feb 13, 2004 9:34 pm

I am a licensed user but did not have Vault installed on this machine. I want to install 2.0 server but don't want to type my threelines * 40 characters. It even says paste it in. I have searched all over the site. Where can I retrieve my license code?

Thanks

We would have to look it up in our database but I don't have access to that right now. However you can always get another demo license in the short term at https://store.sourcegear.com/sgstore/vaultdemo.asp

Do you have a Vault Server on another machine? If so you could connect with the Vault Admin tool and deactivate your license on that machine and copy it to a text file. Then install Vault Server on this machine, connect with the admin tool and paste in the license. The Vault admin account doesn't need a license, by the way.
