Exception during login: user "x" not found

When connecting to my sos 4.02 server, i get the following error:

6/21/2004 10:43:29 AM - Connection accepted from xx.xxx.xx.xx:port on local address 192.168.0.18:2050, session id is 7.
6/21/2004 10:43:34 AM - 7: Exception during Login: User "x" not found
6/21/2004 10:43:34 AM - 7: User "x" not found

But the user "x" does exist in my vss.. i have i idea how to fix this problem and i hop you can help me.

Sometimes it helps to delete and recreate the user in the VSS database.
