Createing a Label In the Past

Is is possible to create a Label on a folder and its contents after commits have been done to it?

What I am trying to do is create a branch, starting from a specific point last year. But didn't know at the time it would be a important enough change where I would want to put a label on it. I am pretty green when it comes to branches and Labels so any help would be welcome.

I am using Fortress standalone client 1.1.1 (18060).

I figured it out how to do it.

I had to show history, and view folder history by version. I was viewing folder history by item before.
