How to create a a URL link to a fortress query

Is there a mechanism to create a URL link to a query, so we can drop the url into an email or a wiki article, such that other developers can open fortress and access the same query result?

At present the url resulting from a query is something like:

http://development.fugrow/Fortress/List ... ec88b94375

but this cannot be used by anyone else.

A standard HTML based quesry string would be ideal, eg

http://development.fugrow/Fortress/List ... n&Type=Bug
