We are upgrading to Fortress and I have a test server running. The web interface works fine for Bug Tracking and Administrative tasks, but the Source Code Control portion is EXTREMELY slow.
You can click on the tab, a repository, a project, and folder, and all is fast. However, when you click on a file to view the history, get details, etc., it takes a good minute to draw the page.
This is just a simple test database at this point, so the database is only 31MB.
Any experience or suggestions for this problem?
Thanks,
Source Code Control Web Interface VERY Slow

What operating system is this on, and what browser are you using?
Enable debug logging for the Vault server in Admin Web Client->logging.
Reproduce the slowdown and send a copy of the log zipped up to support at sourcegear.com, Attn: Linda. The Fortress server log is sgvault.log and is in %windir%\temp\sgvault on the server machine.

The log shows that the server is processing the transaction very quickly. Unfortunately, we do not know why there is a slowdown when drilling down to the actual history. It may be something specific to your network.
