License Expired, and we can't remember the Admin acct/pwd!!!

I had thought my account had admin privileges, but our license expired yesterday and when I went in to put a new license key in this morning, it told me I could not log in.

it said "The 'admin' user must enter a new serial number..."

But we can't remember what the acct/pwd for "The 'admin' user" is!!!

Is there another way???? HELP!!!!

OK. So I was able to reinstall over the old install (after backing up sgvault, of course) and reset the admin password.

Not only am I writing it down, but it's one that we use elsewhere, so it's at least one we would TRY, should we ever lose it again.

Thanks for the lesson in humilty. I'll chalk this one up to Friday the 13th!
