Hello,
This is what happened. One of my users got a new pc. That user copied all thier folders over to the new box. Then, when they go into Visual Studio and open the solution they got an error. So, I unbounded it and then deleted the hidden folder in the directory. So, I reopen the solution and rebind it, but it tells me to select a working folder and then when I do that I see all of the files, but none of the files are under source control.
Any ideas?
Thanks in Advance!

What version of Vault are you using? What version of Visual Studio? If you're on Vault 4.x or later, are you using the Enhanced or Classic Client for integration?

My apologies.
We are using 4.0.6 and we are using Visual Studio 2005. I am not sure which Client.

Look in Visual Studio under Tools->Options->Source Control for the plugin name.
It makes a difference in any instructions I might give you.

I'd suggest backing up the files in the working directory, the doing a fresh Get from Vault. Once the project is on disk, open with with Visual Studio and bind it to the correct location in the repository.
