I am unable to use SOS at the moment. I get "login successful" and on the left window (the explorer view I guess) I get 1 folder which isn't the correct folder to be in... ie its 2 levels down instead of being the root folder.
I am using SourceOffSite Classic Professional Edition 4.2.
Anyway when I try to do anything the application always breaks. Attached is the Error Report Contents which Windows XP SP2 spits out - its probably no good.
I would really appreciate any help.
[edit]I have tried reinstalling SOS. The problem does not occur on any other machine. This must be a client issue. What else can I do? I've uninstalled numerous times. I've even tried installing 4.1.2[/edit]

Ok, so it was working on this machine and then stopped.
There may be a problem with the client-side cache file. This is called databaseX.sos and is located at:
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\SourceGear\SOS\servers\<servername>
Try deleting that file.

Thanks a bundle Terence, on the uninstall - it would be great to include a check box to remove all saved servers...
