Yes, it does look like the bind succeeds. I have included both before and after images of both the solution explorer and the change bindings panel.

This is a web site project: it has no project file. The web.csproj file you have included is totally superfluous. It can be deleted. So we were barking up the wrong tree looking at that.

Was this project ever bound to either VSS or the Vault MSCCI (classic) client?

I deleted the web.csproj as suggested and that appears to have corrected the problem. I have closed the solution on making sure the web site 'project' was bound, deleted the web.csproj, then re-opened the solution. The Web project remained bound. Thanks.

Yes, this project was bound when using VSS and I have not used the Classic Client within VS yet. Only the enhanced client and the stand-alone Vault client.

I'm glad to hear that worked. This is probably the same problem you're having with the other web site projects. Let us know if not.

I just opened another solution containing a web site project after deleting the web.csproj file and the web site project is bound. So, this appears to be the solution but when so much of Vault appears to function on the surface the same as VSS, I have to wonder why this is different. Thank you for all you help in this matter.
