hi,

When we try to find differences sourceoffsite client 4.2 shows an error:-

unable to execute diff program c:\program files\sourceOffsite\sgdm.exe

Is this a new problem? Was it working before?

Are all users experiencing this problem?

Verify that sgdm.exe exists in the SourceOffSite GUI client directory.

Hi,

Thanks for prompt reply. We are facing this problem first time and only one user have this problem. "sgdm.exe" file is there and when we copy c:\program files\sourceoffsite\sgdm.exe path in cmd prompt and try to run it , it works fine but it is not working from sourceoffsite client.

I am attaching a Screenshot of it.

Can you please tell us the security permissions that this user has set for the file sgdm.exe and also for the containing folder please?
