Does Windows Vista SP1 support Fortress?

I want to upgrade to Vista Business but dont know if Vista supports Fortress...

Yes, with some special configuration. These KB articles are about Vault, but they apply to Fortress as well. Vault 4.1 support is the same as Fortress 1.1 support, for instance.
