What happens when you are using just the Vault GUI by itself?
What client do you have set in VS Tools - Options - Source Control?
What do other users have set for VS Tools - Options - Source Control?
During which operation do you get that error?

This is being used from the client in conjunction with VS 2005, I haven't tried the Web GUI. This error only happens at check-in and it has just started today

Beth,
Thanks for your rapid reponse. An update was needed on the server that Vault resides on. Everything is running as it should now.
Thanks,
Tim
