Brain Freeze or Something - How to add Work Item in VS2008

Hi,

I have a VS 2008 project under the control of Vault. How do I add a Work Item though?

If, in VS 2008, I go to View/Fortress/Fortress Work Item Tracking, all I get is a blank window that pops up. I see no option to add a work item.

Also in View/Other Windows I see no "Fortress" option

I do have an Item Tracking project set up via the Fortress Admin web page.

What am I missing?

i do have the same issue, blank window with no text inside.

Sometimes you need to move or dock the Fortress window before it paints correctly. If you dock the window do the Work Item Tracking projects show up? Note that you need to add Work Item Projects to Fortress via the Fortress Admin tool before you can add work items in Visual Studio.

Also in View/Other Windows I see no "Fortress" option

What version of Fortress are you using? In Fortress 1.1.1, go to View->Fortress->Work Item Tracking.
