After Commit All in VS Change Set n Client is not updated

After Commit All in Visual Studio with enchanced client Pending Change
Set in Stand-alone Client is not updated. Rescan does not help.
Is there any way to synchronize Pending Change Sets in stand-alone
client and in plug-in?

Refresh (F5) should sync the stand-alone client change set.

F5 also does not help.

Files in Pending Changes list in stand-alone client show no differences against current version in repository but all have status Need Merge

Pending Changes list in VS is empty

Does this happen repeatedly, or has it happened just once? Can you clear the relevant changes from the stand-alone client and see if it happens again?

After resolving merge status it does not happens again

My guess is that baseline files were moved or deleted, or your working copy was moved/renamed on disk in such a way that it's no longer being correctly associated with the appropriate baselines. I'd do this:

1) Close any other clients, e.g. Visual Studio.

2) In the stand-alone client, empty the pending changes. (Check things in, ensure there are no changes you care about and undo them, etc.)

3) Do a get latest with "Do Not Merge/Merge Later" selected to make sure there are valid baselines for everything.
