Exception during commit

I'm using vault 4.1.1.18060.

On several occasions, when trying to commit a change, i received the following error:

Exception: Server was unable to process request. ---> _htFolderEntries did not contain an entry for NAME_OF_FOLDER_HERE

the folder does exist in the working folder tree, and the vault client also shows the folder in the tree view of the repository.

any ideas what would cause this problem or any suggestions how to get rid of this ?

Can you either post or send your Vault Server Log? That will provide me with more information. If you post it, you can remove it when we're done her. If you email it, send it to support at sourcegear.com (attn: Beth) with a link to this forum thread.

Do your other users see those folders in Vault also?

No troubleshoot was done offline. User had deleted their folder and readded it and they were able to work from there.

If future users have this same issue, start by performing an iisreset in the Vault server.
