Forgot Vault Admin password!

We don't do administration that often, and it would appear that we have forgotten the Admin password.... what do we do now?

Uninstall Vault, keeping the database when prompted (you may want to do a backup first), then reinstall, also keeping the database. You'll be able to reset the password during the reinstall.

ah. that sounds simple enough. But you forgot the final step: write down the dang password somewhere.

As long as you don't put it on a Post-it note on the server machine.

I thought maybe I'd just post it on our website. That way I can see it when I'm working from home, too.
