Problem with PDF files

I have a problem with getting (Check Out) any PDF files using SourceOfSite classic v.4.0.0. When I do this operation "Server closed connection". Is this normal? Is there anything I can do for thi case?

First I would suggest that you upgrade to SOS 4.0.2. There were a number of bugs in 4.0 that have been fixed in the newest release. This may or may not resolve the problem, but at least we will be troubleshooting with the newest version.

Once you've upgraded, set logging to debug:

Then perform the operations that are failing (checking out PDF's), and send me a copy of the log.

I'd also like to know what version of VSS is installed on the SOS Server machine.

Do any other SOS users have problems with PDF's or is it just your client machine?
