File Names that use & don't work in Vault 4.1 web access

If a file name uses the & and you converted from a previous version where this was ok, it no longer works in the web access for Vault 4.1. Apparently the last link (version number) doesn't HTMLEncode the file name. It would be nice if this was fixed.

You also emailed Support. I was able to reproduce this and have logged a bug.

This bug has been fixed in Vault 4.1.2.
