New Icons Not Showing?

I am using Vault Client Version 4.1.0 (16216) and Visual Studio 2008 using the SourceGear Vault Visual Studio Enhanced Client and the Solution and Project doesnt' show the new status icons, green checkmark and red checkmark instead of the Blue Lock. I have another machine the exact same setup that uses the new icon scheme.

What do I need to do to get the new status icons to appear?

Are you using the enhanced client or the classic client? The following applies only to the enhanced client.

The file status icons haven't changed since 4.0.0. The differences you're describing depend on your concurrent development style options. The blue locks show up if you're in VSS mode (or more specifically, if you have "Require Check Out before Check In" selected). The green check marks show up if you don't have this on, and the file is up-to-date and unmodified.
