New release info - what's fixed?

Don't suppose there's any chance of a "what's fixed" section to the release info, is there..? It would save us poor plebs having to go through all the reported bugs to see if they're still there or not?

There were over 400 issues addressed in 4.1, so we don't post "what's fixed" for major versions. We do include that list for the 4.1.x releases.
