Ugrade of Client and server to 4.1

Couldn't find folder to delete: $/Applications/CorpJobs is the message I get when I try to use my local client.
I am not trying to delete $/Applications/CorpJobs and have not worked on that application for at least 6 months.
I can not use the client after clicking on the OK button on the message.
HELP!

Try clearing your client-side cache. I would delete everything but the working folder assignments file.
