can't not use Vault admin web login

hello!
We are plan to use SourceGear VAULT control our source code.but when i instll the Vault 4.06(eval) on my server(win2003 Enterprise sp2+ sqlserver2000 Enterprise sp3).I found a error that i can't login to server useing admin user by web mode,so i can't create other user and authorization。but I can login this server and add file by windows client Mode.The accessories is www server log.could you give me some hint for this error or the vault can provide some admin program by windows mode?

Can you try to browse to the following URLs on the Vault Server itself, and post back the results:

- http://localhost/vaultservice

- http://localhost/vaultservice/vaultservice.asmx

- http://localhost/vaultservice/vaultweb/login.aspx

Also, does the Vault Server Log have any entries that may shed some light on the issue?

You mention there was an error during installation.

If you log in as the account which installed Vault, and look at the %TEMP% directory, there is a vault_install.log file. What entries does that file contain?
