Show Differences not available in Menu Context for VS2005

I'm running Vault v4.0.5 with Visual Studio 2005 with the VS2005 plug-in and the context menu option for "Show Differences" in the Solution Explorer appears as read only / not clickable.

The command is enabled only when your working file is different from the baseline. Make a change to the file, then look again.

If you want to compare different historical versions of the file, use Show History. You can do the compare from the history results.
