Not currently.
I'm working on an RPM package as I get time between my other tasks. Hopefully, I can get this working and included before the next release.

SourceGear DiffMerge 3.3.0 is now available. With this release we added support for Fedora.
We now have an RPM that was built on/for Fedora Core 7. I haven't tried it with a Red Hat
branded system, but you might give it a try and see if it works.
