SOS unable to locate key file

When I try to connect to server i always run in to this: The client was unable to locate key file 'C:\Documents and Settings\User_name|Application Data\SourceGear\SOS\vlssourcesafe.key'
even though it is there. Wht's seems to be the problem?

Sometimes you may be using the proper connection string, but there's a trailing space at the end, which can cause this mismatch.
