Shadow folder not working

We have a Fortress 1.0.1 installation on a Windows 2003R2 server. Everything works except for the Shadow Folder functionality. Here is a screen shot of our shadow folder configuration.

When we check out a file and check back in the file does not copy to the shadow folder. The folder remain empty.

Fortress is running on xxx.xxx.xxx.85 and the web server is running on xxx.xxx.xxx.83.

How can we get this to work?

I hae fixed this problem. I checked the security setting for the shadow folder and noted that the network service didn't have permission to access this folder. After adding Network Services with full control the shadow folder functionality now works.
