Unable to locate key file

The Client was unable to locate key file 'C:\Program Files\SourceOffSite\servername.key'

This error message occurs when a secure connection is not possible because a key has not yet been imported into the Client. In order for a secure connection to work, a User Key must be created in the Server Manager and the resulting import key file (.iky) must be imported into the SourceOffSite Client. Keys are imported into the Client via Tools > Import Encryption Key.

If you have imported the encryption key, then this error may indicate that the server name and user name used to create the key does not match the server name and user name used to connect to the SourceOffSite Server. For instance, a log in error would occur if the key were created with a fully qualified domain name and the Client attempted to log in with an IP address.
