We're having problems nearly identical to those described in this thread, which didn't have any resolution which I could see:
http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic ... ght=latest
The scenario is that one user checks in a file through the IDE, and when another user does "Get Latest Version", nothing happens. We've checked to make sure that the Advanced Properties setting is defaulting to overwrite, as described in several of the IDE articles linked to from the thread above.
When the user attempting to get the new file version compares the local version to the version in the repository, the differences are visible.
Any suggestions?
Get Latest Version trouble in the IDE

Get Latest Version in IDE problem resolved.
Ok, we triple-checked the settings, and it does appear that having the Tools -> Options -> Source Control -> SCC Provider Advanced -> Local Files -> Modified working copy set to Overwrite resolves the issue.
Thanks!
