Rollback set of files and folder

We've created 5 labels to represent different versions of our project and now realize we want to go back to label 3 which represents a previous version of our .net project. The project contains a lot of files and we'd prefer not to rollback on a file by file and folder by folder basis. Basically, Is it possible to rollback to a point in time based on a label?

If using a Label as a rollback point is not possible, is there another way to rollback to a group of files/folders?

You could Get the label, checkout the current folder, then replace the files with the label contents.

Or you could Branch from the label to create a new folder with the contents of that label.
