Additional information:
- I had previously exported this part of VSS into it's own VSS database, using the VSS export/import tool. It looks ok when I look at it there.
I did this using Vault v 2.0.1.2137 in conjunction with VSS 6.0c plus patch (as suggested in this forum).
Many labels were imported - they didn't all fail.
The file it refers to in the first line seems ok to me.
