Login Failing - Massively Urgent 2 days late already!!!!

I had SOS installed on my laptop, all working fine, then my laptop died. I've reinstalled windows (corrupt registry, you see) and re-installed everything, including the latest version of SOS. Unfortunately, when I try to logon, it shows me "Invalid Password - Login Failed".

This is the same password as I used before, so what's going on?

Please please please can you help?

User and password management is handled on the VSS side, with the VSS Admin client.

I'd suggest having your VSS Admin check your VSS account and reset your password, or even delete and recreate your user account.

Another thing -- make sure you're logging into the correct VSS database. There may be databases in the Connect to Server dropdown that you don't have access to.

Thanks. In the end I got someone to change my VSS password and it let me in.

Who knows?
