Automatically Set to CVS Mode

Is there a way to set the client to CVS mode when they connect?

CVS mode is set in the client under Tools-Options-Concurrent Development Style. There's no way for an Admin to set that for all the clients at once. We have a feature request that I can add your "vote" to if that is what you are looking for.
