Diff options

Is there a way, in 3.5.1, to make the diff options follow the repository? I have a repository for Foxpro and one for Access, and they obviously have different requirements of the diff tools, but if I make a change in the designation of the diff tool in one, it shows up in the other.

Not in the current version. But this sounds like a good idea for a feature request.
