Moving Web Service

Is it possible to move the web portion of Vault Server to another server? After looking at the web applications it does seem possible but I wanted to ask here before I did it.

yes.

due to ntfs folder permissions and whatnot, perhaps the easiest thing to do is to install the server software, and point it back to your existing vault (sql server) database.
