BUG sgdm.exe on Vista

Hi, sgdm.exe is nice program but fails on Vista. The steps to reproduce is simply try to compare 2 files. The bug is that it can't detect Vistas character set or something.

SGDM seems to be working here on Vista Ultimate.

- What is the error / behavior you are seeing?

- What is the setting for the language / character set of Vista?

- What are the encodings of the files?

- Can you upload or email the two files or a representative of those files that are causing the problems?

- What is the Help -> About version number of your sgdm.exe?
