Vault Outage (Version 1.2.2)

We are using Vault, and have migrated it to a new server not too long ago. Ever since the migration, the vault services have been going down intermittently. In previous outages, a quick Vault server reinstall (while keeping existing DB), fixed the problem. But in the outage we experienced today, a reinstall is not doing the trick. It looks like the client is no longer recognizing the service anymore; although I can browse the Vault pages via IIS (I tried all the pages in the knowledge base). I tried calling the support #, but had to leave a message; and this issue requires immediate assistance. Can you help? What other info can I provide?

Working with nbirkhead on this, we found that he had turned off IIS session caching. This meant that Vault could no longer function. Restoring the setting enabled Vault to work again.
