Enhancement request for Folder sharing

I would like to suggest an enhancement for Vault regarding folder shares -- when sharing a folder, add the concept of an 'exception list' -- these would be files/subprojects which are NOT shared as part of the primary folder share. Basically, any file/folder on the exception list would not be subject to a secondary share from its parent.

This would preserve the best part of folder shares -- that adds & deletes are shared between folders without user intervention -- but would address a key shortcoming compared to the VSS file-sharing method -- namely, that you can still separate/branch specific files as you move forward.

I'm asking about this because I have a need to share a folder between two projects, containing hundreds of files, but I need to NOT share a few files. The only way I can currently do this is to share each file individually, which is a time-consuming manual process, and even then I don't get the benefits of folder sharing.
