Unable to Import Encryption Key

Hi this is parshuram here from mumbai, working as a technical lead for the IT department of the organization.

I am unable to connect to SourceOffSite, I tried first to Import the Encryption Key file, but the dialog box wouldnt comeup.

Could anyone help me on this.

First make sure you are using a version of SOS Client that supports encryption. Look in the client Help->About. It will say "no cryptography" if it does not support encryption.
